Yes. We can reserve an area of the pub for your group, and exclusive hire of the whole inn may be possible on selected dates. Tell us your date and guest numbers and we'll suggest the best option.

We regularly host groups from around 10 people up to 26 seated or 150 standing. For larger numbers we can combine the bar and garden in summer.

Yes. Choose from sharing platters, tapas-style plates, set menus or group Sunday roasts. We'll send current menus and prices when you enquire.

Of course. You're welcome to bring a cake and simple decorations, and we're happy to bring the cake out at the right moment.

Yes. We understand these are often arranged at short notice. We'll provide a quiet, reserved area with food and drinks and look after your guests with care.

Christmas dates in Henley-on-Thames fill up quickly, so we recommend enquiring from September onwards, especially for Friday and Saturday evenings in December.

Yes. Families are welcome, and The Anchor Inn is dog friendly, so well-behaved dogs can join the celebration.

The Anchor Inn is in Henley town centre on Friday Street. Whilst we do have our own car park, spaces can fill up fast during busy times. There are several public car parks within a short walk, and Henley-on-Thames railway station is about 5 minutes away on foot.
